- Spatial audio works with LDAC, but cannot be used with HearID Sound, Default EQ, or Custom EQ.
- WARNING: soundcore Liberty 4 earbuds and associated soundcore app are not intended for medical purposes, including self-diagnosis and medical consultations, and is suitable for general fitness and wellness use only.
- Before using the heart rate sensor for the first time, ensure you activate it in the soundcore app first. The sensor is in the right earbud so ensure you are wearing it when using this feature.
- ANC On: 7/24 Hours. Spatial Audio On: 5/15 Hours.
- Battery playtime is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings, in normal mode, and 50% volume. The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.
- LDAC is restricted by Bluetooth bandwidth and is not supported when using multipoint connection.
- Third-party ear tips are not supported. Due to the heart rate tracking and its related functions, the ear tips need to be transparent for light penetration and non-default ear tips may affect the heart rate sensor. If needed, please contact our customer support team to check your eligibility for a replacement.
