Work great as ear plugs to reduce noise (especially for autism)

I use these to reduce the volume of the vicar in church when she's miked up as it's too loud for my autism - these bring it down to a normal speaking volume that is comfortable. And they're miles comfier than any proper ear plugs I've tried - I don't find them at all uncomfortable and they're easy to put in and out. No idea what they're like for playing music as I don't need them for that but to reduce noise they're great. And they even reduce the noise from the kids on the other side of the fence and their damn trampoline!
