I bought the headphones two years ago. Overall the sound is good and the noise cancellation very decent.
Since it was an online order I hadn't seen the actual product before. It is too bulky for my taste and it just feels too big while wearing them. They are pretty comfortable though, with the top cushion helping a lot on that and the plastics and metal parts are of good quality.
I am doing normal use, mainly at work and sometimes at night to keep quiet.
Having said that, the cushion stitch on the right earpad of the headphones split up 23 months after the purchase. It is very frustrating as it is out of guarantee and from Soundcore they replied that they don't have the spare part to replace it. I have read that other people suffered from this issue, at around the same time so watch out.
Another very frustrating thing is the microphone. If you use them for a Teams/Zoom meeting you need to be loud enough for your voice to pass through which is very disturbing for the people around you, especially in an office. On the one hand the ANC is helping isolate and on the other you cannot use them for a meeting. When I have one I switch to a simple, much cheapest, headset with extended mic provided by the office which does the job (no ANC though...). I have a colleague who also bought Life Q35 and suffers from the same issues.
For 130eur I was expecting something better.
I'm using this headphones for a few months already.
It has a lot of bugs, on ear detection doesn't work most of the time (the music just pauses every few seconds because it thinks I'm not wearing the headphones). Frequently, the music bugs (skipping half a second a few times a minute), this is not always the case, but when it is the case it will continue for hours or the whole day long, even after restarting the headphones.
The app is way too organised for a few functions, just put some stuff togheter, way more user friendly.
The materials are good, the case is also very good quality, the things too make the headphones bigger or smaller are way too fragile, after wearing the headphones for half an hour, most of the time the headphones have become bigger. Also by just holding the headphones they will become bigger.
The sound quality is good, but for a headphone over € 100 I expected no bugs. The music lagging is super annoying.
Last, saying 'battery medium' when the headphones are at 20% is not very logical, that's low, not medium.
I'm glad I bought the headphones in discount, if I didn't I would've sent them back immediately and bought a headphone of a different brand.
Quality headphones. First pair I had broke so I had to get them again on a black Friday deal. Great noise cancelling and fantastic sound quality
I've waited a year before throwing out the review as a product of this price category needs to last at least this long to be considered a decent purchase.
Happy to say that it actually delivers, the sound is still as good as the day I got it, as is the ANC.
TL/DR: Best value for money when in discount/ App 5/ Sound 4.5/ ANC 4/ Calling 3.5/ Wear 4.5/ On ear detection 2/

To give anyone reading this an insight what kind of person wrote it.
I am an average (European) Joe in his 30's with thick short hair and glasses, not an audiophile at all but have excellent hearing especially in the high segment.
Mainly use these headphones to commute and at work, listening to variations of music, classical to R&B and trash metal.
Sound:
You get a decent experience out of the box, although I highly recommend adjusting the sound in the app to your liking.
Aside from increasing the sound from a 3.5 to a 4.5/5, the app itself has some nifty functions and they keep improving it.
Sound is very clear and you can actually appreciate all different instruments used in all kinds of music.
ANC:
My workplace is partially in an office and partially in a data center (about 90 decibels constant noise) and they are very good at filtering out a lot of the sound.
It doesn't fully disappear but exists as soft background noise instead of the normal in your face droning.
To visualise; it turns working next to a vacuum into working next to a desk fan.
Calls:
Receipient voices come through pretty clear (depending on the source mostly) and without delays.
My voice depends a bit on the environment, if it is a loud (70-90DB) environment then it has quite some trouble with passing through my voice.
In normal environments and in (city) streets it has way less of an issue (although hard wind can sometimes be unpleasant for the receipient).
Other:
The headphones sit quite pleasant ( not too tight) on the head, would not recommend for sports that require you to move your head a lot.
That said they are great for biking and anything else that doesn't require that.
As a glasses wearer I have to say that after about 6-7 hours of continuous wear they start to annoy a little bit, but not to the extent of red sores or bruises like other headphones of this kind. They are very light and will not annoy the top of your skull as others did for me.
On ear detection is mediocre and my biggest gripe with these. At first it worked decent, not great but was perfectly passable.
Over time the detection started to trigger (it turns off your music/YT/etc.) more and more to the point that I could not move my head without triggering it, so had to turn that off in the app.
Battery life is actually as advertised and exceptionally long, even after a year the batteries hold out very well.

Hope that this review helps anyone looking to pick these up, with the newer stuff coming out these are still a great purchase when discounted.
