What is LDAC and why don't I see the LDAC option?LDAC is a Bluetooth encoding format that can transmit 3 times the amount of data of the
ordinary SBC Bluetooth codec.
LDAC only works on devices running Android 8.0 or above; it does not work on iPhone. -
How do I access and use the LDAC function?Ensure your phone runs Android 8.0 or higher, then perform the following steps to enable
LDAC:
1. Open the Soundcore app
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Click on "Sound Mode"
4. Select "Preferred audio quality" to switch to LDAC.
Notes:
- The proces may take about 10 seconds, or require you to update the speaker's firmware. Do
not use the app or speaker while updating the firmware.
- LDAC provides higher quality music, but it will increase power consumption and reduce
playtime.
- Make sure you use LDAC in a low interference environment to ensure a stable connection. -
Does Motion 100 support Partycast?No.

What is True Wireless Stereo (TWS)?TWS allows two identical TWS speakers to pair up and play in stereo. Motion 100 supports
TWS.

How do I pair two Motion 100 speakers via TWS?Method 1
1. Speaker 1 and Speaker 2: Long press the power button to turn on both speakers.
2. Speaker 1: Hold the Bluetooth button until the button light flashes white.
3. Speaker 2: Hold the Bluetooth button until the button light flashes white.
4. Wait for a few seconds, and you will hear a sound when the two speakers have paired
successfully.
5. The primary speaker is the one with the blue light.
6. Use the primary speaker to pair with your device.
Method 2
1. Long press the power button to turn on both speakers.
2. Connect either speaker with your Bluetooth device.
3. On both speakers, press and hold the Bluetooth button for at least 2 seconds to enter TWS
pairing mode.
4. Wait for a few seconds, and you will hear a sound when the two speakers have paired
successfully. -
How does the stereo sound work when two Motion 100s are paired?The primary speaker in the stereo pair (the speaker connected to the phone via Bluetooth)
serves as the left channel while the secondary speaker serves as the right channel.
